10 Things

1. Learn to cook (right now I can barely boil water)

2. Start making artwork again (this requires time and creative energy... both of which I've been lacking recently)

3. Start writing again (this requires introspection, something I have been hesitant to do recently as well)

4. Go outside more/be more active (not necessarily exercise, just being up when the sun is out and getting fresh air)

5. Channel my anxiety into positive thoughts (using Buddhist philosophies)
(sub 5.) Be more spiritual (meditate, embrace tenets of Buddhism)

6. Do something musical (play guitar, sing...)

7. Be social (walk around with a smile, enjoy talking to people)

8. Smile more (even if it's fake, studies have shown smiling and laughing greatly improve mood)

9. Learn to take care of something (a plant, fish, or small mammal)

10. Regain optimism (stop sweating the small stuff)
